Will My Insurance Cover the Cost of My Evaluation?

     We accept private pay and we may also be able to bill as an Out of Network provider for certain insurance plans.

      Insurance can be complicated and frustrating, and we try our best to provide our patients with clear estimated costs prior to the initiation of services. Ultimately, we have no control over what your insurance company will approve. Therefore, we suggest that you double-check with your insurance provider as to your benefits and deductibles.

     We will always try our best to communicate any charges that may apply prior to your initial appointment. If you have questions about your financial responsibility, please ask.

     At times, your insurance company may determine that an evaluation is not a covered expense or that the evaluation is not “medically necessary.” If this occurs, you will be responsible for paying for services provided. As such, we highly recommend that patients contact their insurance carrier prior to delivery of services to determine if they are covered.

The Clinic is currently in network for the following insurance:

           Medicare

           Tricare

     You may fax us the front and back of your insurance card (fax: 512-392-0716). Or using your phone, take a photo of the front and back and email it to DrDees@Neuroclinictx.com, and please also include your Date of Birth. This will enable us to verify your benefits prior to your visit.

Private Pay

     Every insurance plan is different, and we have no control over what your insurance plan covers.

     It is often disappointing to learn that reimbursement through private insurance is denied or deemed not “medically necessary.” If this happens, we will provide you with invoices that you can turn into your insurance company for possible reimbursement, depending on your individual insurance situation.

     If you need to pay out of pocket, we will provide you with a breakdown of all services to be provided, along with the costs. Payment would need to be made prior to initiation of any services in these cases.
